Day 118-A Call For Help on the RFE

Yesterday I called the immigration hotline or information desk. Anyway the lady on the phone was very nice. However she knew zero about my packet sent to the Missouri Service Center in response to our RFE. We wanted to know if the packet arrived there and if our paperwork would continue on. The answer she gave me after that just floored me. Sir we have 60 days to respond to your RFE. Therefore wait for an answer around the first of January.
