Day 204- We are always hoping for the Best.

So is the difference between faith and hope a matter of spelling. An answer maybe that Faith is more action on a belief. For example I believe or have faith the light will turn on after I throw the switch. In this example the action is to turn the switch. In the case of hope is that the light will always turn on by throwing the switch. Maybe hope is based on a future belief that the light will always turn on whether or not any action is applied. In any case they are very closely related and it seems you need both in ones life. So the opposite of faith is acting on fact instead on belief and the opposite of hope is despair or a belief everything will go wrong or bad when action is applied. I will be thinking more on these subjects.
