Day 113-RFE packet is Express Mail to Missouri

So I received my honey's signed and dated paperwork from Philippines on Friday. Then it was then put into another express mail envelope to Lee's Summit Missouri. The packet should get there on Tuesday. What this means is that next week after Tuesday her visa petition may be approved.
