Day 153-Embassy re-open thank goodness

The embassy is back in business on the Dec 8th and on. The terroist threat must be over. This threat whether real or not caused our paperwork to be delayed. Probably safe than sorry in this situation. So going to manila hopefully will be safe for the holidays. As usual we try to be careful about where we go etc.
